This is the Privacy Policy for BizApp365, a business and accounting application operated by Afseer (the "Service Provider", "we", "us", or "our").

This page explains how we collect, use, share, protect, retain, and delete information when you use the BizApp365 website at https://bizapp365.com/, the BizApp365 web application (including login at https://login.bizapp365.com), the BizApp365 Android application (including the VAN Sales field client), and related services (together, the "Application" or "Services").

This Privacy Policy is a standalone public page. It is separate from the Terms & Conditions at https://bizapp365.com/terms/. You do not need to log in, install the app, or accept terms to read this policy.

BizApp365 is an ERP and business-management product. Users and their organizations enter business records such as customers, suppliers, invoices, and inventory in order to run their operations. We process that information to provide the Application, not to advertise to those customers.

1. Introduction

Afseer provides BizApp365 as a multi-tenant ERP for small and medium businesses. The Application is available on the web and as an Android field-sales client, with optional browser printing and document-sharing features.

By using the Application, you acknowledge this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Application. If you use BizApp365 as part of a company account, your organization may also have its own rules for how business data is used inside that account.

2. Scope of This Privacy Policy

This policy covers:

Visitors to https://bizapp365.com/
People who contact Afseer by email, phone, or WhatsApp
Registered users of the BizApp365 web application and Android application
Business information that users enter or import into BizApp365 for their own operations

This policy does not cover third-party websites or services that we only link to. Those services have their own privacy policies.

Android device permissions depend on the features you use in the installed app. Where a product feature is documented but the exact on-device handling cannot be independently confirmed, this policy describes it conservatively.

3. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide, information your organization stores in BizApp365 as business records, and limited technical information needed to operate and secure the Services.

We do not collect information for advertising networks, and this website does not use advertising or product-analytics SDKs such as Firebase Analytics, Google Analytics, Crashlytics, Meta SDK, or Microsoft Clarity.

We do not claim collection of advertising IDs, microphone audio, device address-book contacts, or push-notification tokens, because those are not implemented on this website and are not documented as product features here.

4. Information You Provide

You or your organization may provide:

Account details such as name, email address, phone number, and company name so you can register, log in, and administer users
Authentication information such as a password or other sign-in credentials
Business and accounting data you choose to enter or import, including customers, suppliers, contacts, products/items, barcodes, sales, purchases, receipts, payments, inventory, invoices, CRM leads and tickets, service jobs, production/BOM records, and HR/payroll records
Files you import or generate, such as Excel/XML data, invoice PDFs, barcode labels, and backups
Messages you send to Afseer by email, phone, or WhatsApp, including demo and sales inquiries

Required vs optional. An email address and credentials are required to use a registered account. Business records are required only to the extent you use those modules. Location, camera/QR scanning, WhatsApp sending, email sending, Google Drive backup, and UAE e-invoicing are optional features you can choose to use.

Business/accounting data. Information about your customers, suppliers, employees, and transactions is entered or controlled by your business. Afseer processes it to provide ERP functionality for your tenant. We do not use that information to advertise to your customers or to build advertising profiles.

Financial records vs payment cards. BizApp365 stores business transaction records that you enter (for example invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers). That is accounting data, not payment-card processing. This website does not collect credit-card numbers. Product pricing states that the 30-day trial does not require a credit card. If you later purchase a paid plan, any card or bank payment details would be handled by the payment method presented at purchase, not stored as full card numbers on this marketing website.

Authentication. Users sign in with account credentials. Product documentation describes login tokens, role-based access control, and schema-per-company isolation so one company's business data is separated from another's. Session or token handling is used so you can stay signed in to the web application. Do not send passwords in email.

The contact form on this website is a local page only and does not submit data to a server. If you want to reach us, use mail@afseer.com, sales@bizapp365.com, telephone +971 58 288 5633, or the WhatsApp button on this website.

5. Information Collected Automatically

When you visit https://bizapp365.com/, our hosting and content-delivery providers automatically receive standard request information such as IP address, date and time, requested URL, referrer, and browser/user-agent. This is needed to serve the website, keep it available, and protect it from abuse.

This website stores your language choice (English or Arabic) in localStorage. It does not use sessionStorage for that purpose, and it does not set its own advertising cookies.

The BizApp365 web application and Android application process technical information required to sign you in, load your tenant data, and operate the features you use.

6. How We Use Information

We use information to:

Provide, maintain, and improve BizApp365, including accounting, inventory, sales, CRM, HR, production, service center, and VAN field-sales features
Authenticate users, apply role-based access, and isolate each company's data
Generate documents, labels, reports, and backups that you request
Send invoices, receipts, returns, or statements when you use email or WhatsApp sharing
Submit e-invoices when you use UAE e-invoicing (Peppol/ASP)
Respond to sales, demo, support, privacy, and account-deletion requests
Secure the Services, troubleshoot problems, and comply with law

We do not use personal or business information for third-party advertising.

Product materials on this website also list Stripe / Payfort among payment-related integrations and mention cloud infrastructure such as AWS or Azure. Those processors are not implemented on this website. If they are used when you pay for a subscription or when the Application is hosted, the relevant provider's privacy policy applies to that processing. We do not claim that BizApp365 stores full payment-card numbers.

We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party sites or apps you open from BizApp365.

9. Data Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

This website is served over HTTPS. Product documentation for BizApp365 describes HTTPS/TLS deployment, login-based authentication, role-based access control, and schema-per-company tenant isolation so one company's business data is separated from another's.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. You are responsible for keeping your devices, passwords, and account access confidential, and for configuring user roles inside your organization.

10. Data Retention

This website does not implement an automatic deletion schedule for Application data. We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, maintain the account, comply with legal and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and protect our legitimate interests.

In practice:

Website language preference remains in your browser until you clear site data
Support and sales emails are kept as needed to handle your request
Account and tenant business records remain while the account is active
If you enable Google Drive backup, retention in Drive follows your Google account and the keep-count/schedule you configure
After account deletion, we delete or de-identify personal data we control, except information we must keep for legal, security, tax, or accounting reasons

11. Account and Personal Data Deletion

BizApp365 uses user accounts (web login and Android access to a company tenant). You can request deletion of your account and associated personal data without reinstalling the app.

Or email mail@afseer.com with the subject "BizApp365 Account Deletion Request" and include:

The email address used for the account
Company / tenant name if you use a business account
A phone number on the account, if any
A clear statement that you want the account deleted

We will ask enough information to verify that you are authorized to make the request. We will then delete the account and associated personal data we control, and we will tell you if any information must be retained (for example invoices or records we are legally required to keep) and why.

Organization-owned business records may remain available to remaining administrators of that tenant until the organization requests deletion of the tenant.

Deletion is processed by Afseer after a verified request. If the Application also provides an in-app delete-account control, you may use that as well. This web page is the public deletion resource that does not require reinstalling the app.

12. Your Privacy Rights

You may contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of personal information, to ask a privacy question, or to raise a concern about our data handling. Email mail@afseer.com.

Depending on applicable law where you live, you may have additional rights, such as the right to restrict or object to certain processing, to withdraw consent where processing is consent-based, or to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority.

We may need to verify your identity (and your authority to act for a company account) before fulfilling a request. We will not require you to reinstall the Android app in order to make a privacy or deletion request.

13. Cookies and Similar Technologies

This website (bizapp365.com) does not set its own advertising or analytics cookies. It stores a language preference in the browser using localStorage (key: bizapp365-lang). That storage is necessary only to remember English or Arabic.

Hosting and CDN providers may use cookies or similar technologies that are strictly operational (for example security or load-balancing). Cloudflare is used in front of this website.

The BizApp365 web application at login.bizapp365.com is a separate application and may use session or authentication cookies so you can stay signed in.

We do not use this website's storage for cross-site advertising.

14. Children's Privacy

BizApp365 is intended for business and general users and is not directed toward children.

The Terms & Conditions require users to be at least 16 years of age, or to have a parent or legal guardian accept the Terms. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact mail@afseer.com and we will take appropriate steps.

15. International Data Transfers

Afseer serves customers in the UAE, Oman, and other regions. Information may be processed in countries other than your own, including by hosting and service providers listed in this policy.

Where required by applicable law, we use appropriate safeguards for such transfers. By using the Services, you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in those locations as needed to operate BizApp365.

16. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The current version is published at https://bizapp365.com/privacy/. The Last Updated date at the top of this page will change when we make updates.

Material changes may also be communicated through the Application or by email where appropriate. Previous versions are available on request at mail@afseer.com.
